How to Submit a Copyright Complaint
If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the LifeStyle Racing legal contact with the subject line "DMCA Notice" unless a different registered DMCA agent has been formally designated.
The notice should include enough detail to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and where it appears on the site so the claim can be reviewed.
- Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on the site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the challenged use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

What LifeStyle Racing May Do After Notice
After receiving a facially valid notice, LifeStyle Racing may review the claim, remove or disable access to the challenged material, ask for additional information, or forward the complaint to the affected user where appropriate.
LifeStyle Racing may also keep records of notices, responses, and repeat issues for moderation, legal, and account-safety purposes.
03
Counter-Notice Process
If material is removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may be allowed to submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Counter-notices should include the user's contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the applicable court jurisdiction where required, and a physical or electronic signature.
04
Repeat Infringement and Account Action
LifeStyle Racing may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, posts, builds, or other submissions associated with repeated copyright complaints, repeated policy violations, or other intellectual-property abuse.
The business may also refuse to restore material where the available information does not support reinstatement or where additional legal risk remains unresolved.

Important Registration Note
Website operators seeking DMCA safe-harbor protections should confirm whether they must maintain a current registered DMCA agent designation with the U.S. Copyright Office or any other required filing. This page is only one part of that process.
Operational contact details on this page should stay aligned with the business entity, legal inbox, and any registered-agent records used by the company.
